Knatteprovet
The Knatteprovet is a race for our youngest runners born in 2018 or later. The focus here is on the joy of movement, community, and having fun together. The race is held without timing and without a results list.
Knatteprovet race takes place in a safe and playful environment with spectators and officials cheering along the course.

- Start & Finish: Hansenplatsen, Trollhättan

- Medal after completing the race
- All competitors receive a banana and ice cream
Track description
The course is clearly marked with tape and painted arrows, and there are signs along the entire route showing each kilometer. This makes the race easy to follow for both runners and spectators.
